Supervision

As a supervisor, I provide a safe and supportive space for social workers to reflect on their practice, explore challenges, and develop new skills. Through regular meetings and feedback, I help social workers enhance their professional growth and ensure the highest quality of care for their clients. I offer individual training supervision for 1 - 2 supervisees in person or via videoconferencing, in accordance with CSWMFT guidelines.

My Approach

I appreciate working with individuals who are self-motivated, come prepared and are open to feedback. A few of the concepts I utilize most frequently are the understanding of the person in environment, systems and resource considerations, and effect of social/relational challenges on the individual. I encourage skill development and pursing reflection to enhance your practice.
