My services are available remotely to adults throughout Ohio via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Additionally, I also offer in-person appointments in Olde Pickerington Village, located just 25 minutes outside of Columbus.

What to Expect
At the first appointment, we will review the intake paperwork. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and I will ask some questions to get to know you and the concerns you have. The first session may also include assessments, mental health screening, diagnosis and exploring treatment goals. The first appointment is typically a bit longer, approximately 50-90 minutes to ensure I understand your concerns.
Investment
Private Pay
Private Pay or Self-Pay offers additional flexibility of not using insurance benefits and being limited by their requirements for reimbursment, limits on frequency and length of sessions, or the pathologizing nature of requiring a diagnosis for treatment.
Cost:

First full session is $175,

Ongoing sessions are $135 for up to 60 minutes.

Sessions extending over 60 minutes will be charged a prorated amount in 15 minute intervals.
Out of Network Reimbursement
I am able to provide paperwork for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement. This can help to lower your cost of care. There are resources to consider for assistance with submitting OON claims such as Mentaya and Thrizer.
Cancellation Policy
I ask that you give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations that are not made with 24 hour notice will incur a charge of $75.
